  • All team members participate equally in the decision making.

Teams work best when their is collective decision making.  With everyone have input with individual decisions and then an overall collective decision. 

Teams should always be asking "I think this.... ......."   "What do you think?"

Teams work together and Care about each other
A great team recognises and appreciates other peoples views and opinions and different perspectives.

 A great team leader facilitates the best decision for the best outcome!
